12’ x 42’ x 11’6” USCG Certified – ABS Approved – A60 fire rated and blast resistant 12 man living quarters modular unit installed on “Southern Hercules” crane barge operation in the Gulf of Mexico.

Shell Exploration and Production Company

Two (2) 12’ x 42’ x 9’6” US Coast Guard certified A60 fire rated and blast resistant 12 man living quarters modular units installed as permanent units on the URSA TLP (Tension Leg Platform) drilling and production platform operating in the Gulf of Mexico.

Hornbeck-LeeVac Marine Operators

LLC–12’ x 38’ x 9’6” USCG Certified and ABS approved A60 fire rated and blast resistant modular self-contained deckhouse (w/ exception to external power source) for installation above deck on the “Energy 7001” fuel tank barge. Specially designed, engineered and fabricated to meet extreme operational temperatures ranging from below 32 degrees F to above 100 degrees F and to ensure safety in harsh marine environments created by wind and wave action. All external electrical components meet Class 1 Division II ratings.

Two (2) 12’ x 42’ x 9’6” Det Norske Veritas (DNV) approved A60 fire rated and blast resistant 12 man living quarters, stackable modular units installed on Non US Flagship “Titan II” crane barge operating in the Gulf of Mexico. Fast track project performed within twenty-one (21) consecutive days from award of project to DNV approved installation.
